Sublime is a villa of refined aesthetics and understated luxury in a minimalist style. Warm, natural materials are used throughout the villa exuding a feeling of peace and serenity. The villa rises behind a row of large bamboo, projecting the mysticism of an Asian monastery. An impressive stone stairway leads to the main entrance like a climb to a temple.

A large terrace and pool area offer stunning views over the bay of St. Jean and is complemented by an outdoor fireplace.

The villa consists of three separate buildings, each on a different level, providing complete privacy while sharing the same stunning views. The principal building has a generous living room with study, dining area adn open kitchen.

A dramatic stairway leads to the master suite on the upper level. It has its own plunge pool and a private terrace nestled into the cliff, an ideal spot for enjoying romantic sunsets.
Two guest suites on the lower level are connected to the main pool area by a stairway that runs along a curtain of water cascading down from the infinity pool. The various terraces offer solitude and breathtaking vistas. The swimming pools are made of green andesite stone from Java and blend perfectly into the tropical landscape.

A state-of-the-art Crestron home automation system controls music, lights, climatization, security cameras and shutters by the touch of a button.

Sublime is located on the hills overlooking St. Jean on the north side of St. Barts. Direct flights are available daily from the US and Europe to St. Maarten, the main gateway to St. Barts (SBH). Guests will have to transfer to a smaller shuttle plane for a 10-minute flight or continue by ferry, private boat or yacht charter.
