Villa Grace commands an enchanting view over Gouverneur Beach and the clear crystal water of the Caribbean Sea. The villa is a rare jewel of St. Barts with its exceptional location offering a quiet sanctuary where the only sounds are the waves breaking on the beach down below.

Modern architecture is complemented with the finest materials: marble, sand stone, mahogany, teak and stainless steel.

The mosaic bottom of the pool was made of sheets of fine gold, representing an oriental carpet and literally illuminating the concrete pool. The kitchen opens onto a lounge style living room with plenty of rooms to entertain. Extending from this reception area is a large outside living space on the terrace which seems to plunge into the vast turquoise sea. From the huge colonial four-poster beds, the two upstairs bedrooms have an incredible ocean view. The villa is all about flawless purity and the rugged beauty of the island which allows us to experience the supreme luxury of space.

Villa Grace is located high over Gouverneur Beach on the South side of St. Barts. Direct flights are available daily from the US and Europe to St. Maarten, the main gateway to St. Barts (SBH). Guests will have to transfer to a smaller shuttle plane for a 10-minute flight or continue by ferry, private boat or yacht charter.
