Sir Richard Branson’s Moroccan Kasbah is a divine hideaway set in the foothills of the High Atlas Mountains and overlooks a valley whose river ebbs and flows with the seasons.

The Kasbah Tamadot can be rented exclusively or by individual Room. The retreat also features Luxury Berber Tents as well as a three-bedroom miniature Kasbah with a stunning infinity pool which is perfect for couples of families traveling together. Each of the nine luxurious Berber Tents comes with its own private deck offering fantastic views of the Atlas Mountains, king-size bed, large bathtub and five feature a private plunge pool. The spirit and traditional charm of Moroccan design is beautifully infused with contemporary elements.

The Kasbah’s extensive grounds are filled with staircases, courtyards and gardens. The ground level features two internal courtyards, an indoor and outdoor pool, as well as a Spa area, which offers idyllic treatments and traditional Moroccan Hammams. A main staircase leads up to a traditional painted courtyard that surrounds a deep blue reflecting pool on the first floor from where you can wander along pretty gardens to the tennis courts. The views from the rooftop are breathtaking and drinks can be served while you are stargazing.

Kasbah Tamadot is located near the village of Asni, which is particularly worth visiting on Saturday for the weekly market. Marrakech Airport is a forty-five minute drive whereas central Marrakech is approximately a one-hour’s drive. Direct flights are available from the UK or other major European hubs or connect through Casablanca with flight times to Marrakech of three to four hours.
