This pristine five-bedroom property with indoor and outdoor living spaces, a roof deck lounge, pool deck and cliff edge hot tub sits on the northern side of the estate and all the master bedrooms, indoor and outdoor living spaces are oriented towards evening sunset views.
Unique to this villa is the home’s dramatic stair atrium with massive skylight above and water feature below. An assortment of decks and covered areas are ideal for group gatherings or to find your own private space.
It can be combined with the neighboring villa and the entire estate can sleep up to twenty-four guests. Special facilities and services are in place to cater events for groups up to 100 guests.
Anguilla offers pristine white beaches, crystal clear turquoise water, and a remarkable assortment of local and fine dining restaurants. The island is able to deliver a sophisticated luxury travel experience with a laid-back island charm.
Direct flights are available daily from the US and Europe to St. Maarten and San Juan, the main gateways to Anguilla. Guests flying into St. Maarten will be picked up at the airport for a private boat transfer to Anguilla. Guests flying into San Juan can transfer to a smaller regional airline and fly directly to Wall Blake Airport in Anguilla as would private charters. The airport is 15 minutes from the villa and Golf facilities are twenty minutes away. The villa comes with a complimentary car and private round trip transfer from St. Martin.
