The five-bedroom villa with indoor and outdoor living spaces, a roof deck lounge, pool deck and cliff edge hot tub, sits on the southern side of the estate and looks directly down into Little Bay, Anguilla’s most treasured hideaway for swimming and snorkeling. The master bedrooms and indoor living spaces’ nine feet floor to ceiling windows provide a stunning view down the Anguilla coastline and sunset views.  An assortment of decks and covered areas are ideal for group gatherings or to find your own private space.

The villa is unique in that it is an accessible home with an elevator, roll-in showers, pool chair lift, and other features – all subtly designed within the homes design concept. It can be combined with the neighboring villa and the entire estate can sleep up to twenty-four guests. Special facilities and services are in place to cater events for groups up to 100 guests.

Anguilla offers pristine white beaches, crystal clear turquoise water, and a remarkable assortment of local and fine dining restaurants. The island is able to deliver a sophisticated luxury travel experience with a laid-back island charm.

Direct flights are available daily from the US and Europe to St. Maarten and San Juan, the main gateways to Anguilla. Guests flying into St. Maarten will be picked up at the airport for a private boat transfer to Anguilla. Guests flying into San Juan can transfer to a smaller regional airline and fly directly to Wall Blake Airport in Anguilla as would private charters. The airport is 15 minutes from the villa and Golf facilities are twenty minutes away. The villa comes with a complimentary car and private round trip transfer from St. Martin.
