The main villa, courtyard garden house and smaller villa are linked by some of the most beautiful gardens in Anguilla. The facilities offer complete privacy and within the seaside garden is a dining pavilion with seating for ten.

The villa’s ground floor features a pool, a double room with en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet and terrace, an office and additional bedroom. The main living and dining area on the first floor and open up to a large terrace.

The smaller villa’s ground floor has one double bedroom with balcony, a living area and a small kitchen. The first floor features two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The dining area overlooks the pool.

The garden house ground floor has a parking area to accommodate up to three cars while the gym is located on the other side. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a lounge and kitchen. The property can be offered in combination with a neighboring property to provide a nineteen-bedroom luxury resort.

Little Harbour is in the center of the island on the sheltered south coast overlooking St. Martin, St. Barth’s and the Caribbean Sea and only minutes from the ferry terminal Blowing point and 15 minutes from Wall Blake Airport. Direct flights are available daily from the US and Europe to St. Maarten and San Juan, the main gateways to Anguilla. Guests flying into St. Maarten can be picked up at the airport for a private boat transfer to Anguilla. Guests flying into San Juan can transfer to a smaller regional airline and fly directly to Anguilla as would private charters.
