This exciting, modern and glamorous ten-bedroom villa is located in approximately two and a half acres of beautiful tropical gardens with a tennis court, gym, personal cinema, beach pavilion, two swimming pools and two natural beaches that provide direct access to wonderful swimming and snorkeling within the protected waters of Little Harbour. A thatched dining gazebo area is located at waters edge.

This spacious villa offers a fabulous open style living in a discreet private location. The spectacular living and entertaining areas are situated on the upper level, which is accessed by walking through an exquisite water garden and ascending the imposing master staircase. The beautifully appointed lounge opens up onto a spacious deck and large infinity pool—the perfect spot to capture the warm trade winds while enjoying a stunning unobstructed view of the neighboring islands. Two of the King-size Master bedrooms are located on this level and four more are on the ground floor with private terraces and direct access to the garden and sea. The property has Lutron lighting and the kitchen features Sub Zero fridges and Wolf appliances.

The main villa and a smaller villa are located in two areas. The smaller villa is located behind the main home and consists of four separate buildings arranged around a large swimming pool and is completely private but links to the main villa via gardens. It features a lounge with dining area, two King-size bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. A built-in barbeque and shower area are situated by the poolside.

Private dining options are available inside or outside on the pool terrace of either building. It can be set up for smaller romantic dinners, or larger groups of up to one hundred guests, for cocktails or a wedding reception.

Little Harbour is in the center of the island on the sheltered south coast overlooking St Martin, St Barts and the Caribbean Sea and only minutes from the ferry terminal Blowing point and 15 minutes from Wall Blake Airport. Direct flights are available daily from the US and Europe to St. Maarten and San Juan, the main gateways to Anguilla. Guests flying into St. Maarten can be picked up at the airport for a private boat transfer to Anguilla. Guests flying into San Juan can transfer to a smaller regional airline and fly directly to Anguilla as would private charters.
