Waterfall features run along the walkway upon entering the villa and a striking ocean view is immediately on full display through impressive 9’ floor to ceiling windows in the living room and reading area, which is filled with stunning contemporary art. The open kitchen, featuring Wolf appliances and a Subzero fridge, and dining room adjoin the outdoor dining area, pool deck and lounge area and offer ample room for small group gatherings and entertainment while the pool and cliff side hot tubs offer comfort and relaxation. The bedrooms are located on the first and second floor, which also features a roof lounge with stunning views.

Special facilities and services are in place to cater events for groups up to one hundred guests.

Direct flights are available daily from the US and Europe to St. Maarten and San Juan, the main gateways to Anguilla. Guests flying into St. Maarten will be picked up at the airport for a private boat transfer to Anguilla. Guests flying into San Juan can transfer to a smaller regional airline and fly directly to Wall Blake Airport in Anguilla as would private charters. The airport is 15 minutes from the villa and Golf facilities are twenty minutes away. The villa comes with a complimentary car and private round trip transfer from St. Martin.
